Aquarian Group was founded in 2006 by Guy Fardone, whose career spans more than 3 decades leading high‑performing teams across technology, investment, and operations. His organizations have been recognized by Inc., Forbes as Fastest Growing and Best Places to Work, and have been rewarded with over a dozen Gartner Magic Quadrants. His teams have guided more than one hundred mergers, acquisitions, and integrations across the US, Europe, the UK, and Israel, representing more than $2 billion in total valuation. As a strategic advisor to private equity firms, technology companies, and nonprofits, he brings deep expertise in organic growth, M&A, culture, and operational excellence—always grounded in a hands‑on, team‑first leadership style.
Outside of work, Guy lives in Jupiter, FL and spends time in homes and offices in Stone Harbor, NJ; Chester Springs, PA; Charleston, SC; and Florence, Italy. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his time boating, sportfishing, scuba diving, mountain biking and camping. He is also a longtime youth football and men’s rugby coach, a certified WSET sommelier, an award‑winning winemaker, and a former chef and cookbook co‑author. He is also an owner in several restaurant and wine ventures where he brings the same curiosity, discipline, and hospitality‑driven mindset to how he builds teams, companies, and partnerships.
